- Up & Down same trail
Route starts trough some normal forest along a little wide path(overgrown ATV track?). At about 1 km it becomes a proper single track. after about 2,5 km you’ll notice that the forest is getting thinner and you’ll see more of the valley to the west and the open rock slabs of Vestlifjell to the right. Soon after you’ll reach a open plateau of MĂĄna (little signpost) from there you’ll see the actual top of Rønnomnibba straight to the north.
From this point the mountain gets a ridge like shape with steep sides. The trail goes up & down trough some small gorges with some ropes to aid you in certain parts. The trail winds along the ridge giving you some nice views down both sides of the slopes. The top is on a little pinnacle giving a great view over the surroundings.
Well marked with Blue marks on trees, stones and wooden bricks. Signposts where there are alternative routes (just before the top).
Good to run, not to steep on the way down. It’s a bid overgrown, bushes hanging into the trail from the sides, so it can be hard to see whats on the trail in some parts (even thou its very easy to spot the trail).
- There is a route from the top down to Bø i Tørdal (3km) its on the 0,5km signedposted (east) route to the top
Mostly forest & some more alpine vegetation on the tops.
- Good parking, 3/4 cars or so
